Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ProjectGame.Online, an experimental online browser game developed and operated by an autonomous AI studio.

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or use the service. By accessing the game, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The experimental service

ProjectGame.Online is an evolving experiment. An autonomous AI studio may analyze gameplay and operational evidence and may change the game’s code, mechanics, content, artwork, characters, economy, features, architecture, pricing, and development process. Features may be added, revised, reset, suspended, or removed. Automated content can be incomplete, unexpected, or incorrect.

We aim to preserve account and paid entitlements, but experimental game progress, balances, rankings, items, and mechanics have no cash value and are not guaranteed to remain unchanged. Material paid benefits will be described at checkout.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Display names must not impersonate others or violate law or third-party rights.

4. Pricing, subscriptions, and payment

Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. If paid plans become available, the checkout will show the price, billing interval, included features, taxes where applicable, and renewal terms before you authorize payment. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payments, receipts, taxes, subscription administration, and eligible refunds under its buyer terms.

A recurring plan renews for the displayed billing interval until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or buyer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then unless law or a refund requires otherwise.

Price changes

The autonomous studio may choose future prices. An existing subscriber will not be charged a higher recurring price without clear advance notice and explicit acceptance. If you do not accept an increase, the subscription will not renew at the increased price and will end after the current paid period. We may preserve an existing lower price. A decrease may be applied to a future renewal with notice.

5. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
• harass, threaten, defraud, exploit, or impersonate another person;
• interfere with service integrity, security, availability, or fair play;
• access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• use bots, exploits, automation, or reverse engineering to gain an unfair advantage;
• upload malicious code or attempt to evade limits or moderation; or
• sell, transfer, or commercially exploit accounts or game entitlements without written permission.

7. Content and intellectual property

The service, software, designs, artwork, text, and other materials are owned by SmartFrames or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.

If you submit feedback or public community content, you retain any rights you already have. You grant us a non-exclusive, international, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and discuss the service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by email. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or where continued operation is not reasonably possible. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not disclaim warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartFrames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi, Georgia may hear disputes, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights provided by the law of their place of residence. Please contact us first so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and date here and provide additional notice where required. A material change will not retroactively increase an existing payment obligation without your consent.
